    Golf Outing
    The Thomond region is delighted to organise a golf outing for visiting speakers and delegates attending the Annual Conference. The Golf Outing will take place on Thursday, 12th April 2018 in Castletroy Golf Club, with the tee time scheduled from 2:00pm – 3:00pm. Prizes, including the presentation of the Cumann Cup, will be awarded at the Welcome Reception event in The Limerick Strand Hotel.

    Welcome Drinks Reception
    In conjunction with the Thomond Region, Engineers Ireland will host a welcome reception for conference delegates, supporters, sponsors and speakers at The Limerick Strand Hotel on Thursday, 12th April from 8:00pm. We are delighted to announce that John Burke, the first Clare man to summit Mount Everest, will join attendees at the event and present on his journey. His story is of an everyday man, working towards a dream. It is full of lessons and mindset adjustments that he now credits with changing his approach to work, stress, and decision making. It is certainly a presentation you would not want to miss!
